Thanks Chris and Alborz for another lovely conversation to view.
I always enjoy what you have to say.
Anger, Jealousy and hatred are what we feel when we arent feeling love. I say this at the risk of sounding too \\"new agey\\", but what I have found helps me when my mind is just wandering off on some critical tangent is to remember that I have created and am therefore responsible for all I see and feel. there is no need to be angry at others or blame situations for my anger or whatever. If I do I am getting angry at my own life……thats why it always comes back to bite me on the butt!!
You guys have some interesting material here as usual, thanks for the down to earth discussion
Cheers
Brigid
Thanks for the kind comments Brigid!
I think you’ve head the nail on the head, ‘new-agey’ or not! We are definitely the architects of our own lives and situations. As such, we are personally responsible for both the situation we are currently in, and how we react to it.
I’ve had similar situations where my anger or frustrations in my life have come back to bite me and I’ve since learnt to be more objective and careful wto how I view the world and events about me.
